Toolset Error on WordPress VIP.PNG

Hi, this is site is meant to be used on a multisite instance on WordPress VIP. Plug-ins are not updatable via the WordPress Dashboard and has to be updated via GitHub. This may be causing problems with functionality with the plug-ins. Does Toolset have other customers using WordPress VIP (vendor) and encountering problems?

Tell us what you are trying to do?
Trying to register a key with this website. However, this error appears:
Oops! There's been a problem when upgrading Toolset data structures. Please make sure your current configuration allows WordPress to alter database tables. If the problem persists, please don't hesitate to contact our support with this technical information: (shown in the attached screenshot)
This is alarming because the error is not showing in the code block. It's blank. Are there people using Toolset on WordPress VIP? Is it not compatible on this host?

Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/ - Is the OTGS Installer plugin required for updates and registering sites? The environment is using a multi-site instance. This option is not seen on the Network Level, "On the Add Plugins page, click the Commercial tab and register Toolset there." This is blocked on WordPress VIP.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?
hidden link - this is a development site so it's meant to be blocked from public viewing.

Hi there,

We do not have any reports using Toolset and WordPress VIP in our system, so the official answer will be it is not tested.

The error you shared shows that the mySQL user of your website can not manipulate the tables in the database.

The best way is to test this on another server and see if the same error happens there or not.

If your website is below 1GB, we can give you the means to copy your website to our server so you can test there.

Thanks.
