WooCommerce orders not Emailing

This support ticket is created 6 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Get emails when a WooCommerce order is placed

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link > Purchase a product > Checkout

I expected to see: Orders in email inbox

Instead, I got: No email, but orders can be seen under Dashboard > WooCommerce > Orders

I found the error, the mail template was not needed, I deleted it which fixed the problem.
