I created a custom field group for woocommerce products. The custom field group named "Group1" is not displaying on the Product admin page. Any clue? Thank you.

Hi Charles,

Thank you for getting touch.

This is quite odd as it should show up given your current setup.

Could you temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again to see if the issue still remains ?

If it does can you allow me to have admin access to the website to check on things further for you ?

Thanks,
Shane

It worked thanks - The issue I am facing now is that because I want to display some of these fields on the frontend I have to create a new template for single products. I am not really for this as we are using plugins like "Enquiry Pro" that are displayed on the single product frontend page. Is there a way to add the toolset fields to the frontend without creating a new template. And if we have to create a new template, how do I bring back these elements from plugins? Thanks

Hi Charles,

So the Enquiry Pro plugin is the one that is causing the issue ?

I would need a better understanding in order to best advise. However when I looked at the enquiry pro plugin it seems to add a request a quote option on the frontend.

Do you know if the plugin has a shortcode that you can use to display the elements without it automatically hooking into the Product template?

Its also quite possible that it will hook into a specific element on the WooCommerce template such as the price area. This may still work even if you create a custom template for your products.

There is no where for me to be sure as this is a premium plugin.

Thanks,
Shane
