I wish to use Forms commerce and therefore as well as that I have installed Toolset WooCommerce Blocks. However, WooCommerce reports that it is incompatible with currently enabled WooCommerce features. How to fix this?

I try to login using the admin access details you shared but unforunately the shared admin access details not working at this end.
Can you please send me working admin access details and also tell me where exactly I can see the notice you mention about the Toolset WooCommerce Blocks plugin is not compatible.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I see and its due to the HPOS option enabled (which is new normal/default option).

The compatibility or HPOS is on our to-do list, I'm afraid that this feature is not available yet.
As this relates specifically to Orders, if you do not use Toolset for anything related to querying or displaying orders then you may find that you can enable HPOS and use it anyway.
If you do want to use Toolset for showing order information, WooCommerce does offer a backwards compatibility layer:
