Hi,

I'm trying to use woocommerce blocks to create a custom archive. My theme is a child theme based off a very version of hidden link

When i go to the toolset dashboard and try and create an archive for products I see the following message:

"The archive is disabled for this post type. "

Thanks
Joe

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I'm not sure why you see that message.

What if you try to create archive from Toolset => WordPress Archives => Add new archive

Does that helps? if no:

Can you please share edit page screenshot of product post type Edit page from: Toolset => Post Types => Edit product post type and send me the full screenshot.

In addition to that - Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.

Hi Minesh,

Thanks for your help.

When I go to "add new archive" "products" are not available to use in a toolset loop

Products are not listed on the post types page either.

Joe

Can you please share admin access details and let me check whats going wrong with your site.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I created a sandbox site and you can auto-login to it using the following link:
- hidden link

I can see that you can select the "product" as post type in post type archive page on right side bar:
- hidden link

There possibly something that is having conflict.

When I visit the plugins page on your site:
- hidden link

I see there are number of plugins are outdated. Can you please first update ALL your plugins and check if that help you to resolve your issue. If no:

In order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict between the theme/plugins you use:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference when you disable all non Toolset plugins?
- Do you see any difference when you switch your theme to default 2020?
