Hi there,

I am having major issue with sorting my own template for archive-product.php. I have done most of the setup, but as you will see if you visit a category page, it initially loads in the woocommerce standard product list (which I don't want - i want it to use my view).

When you adjust one of the sorting filters - my view shows correctly.

Please can you take a look at the page first with browser inspector running to see what I mean - thanks

Paul

Please share a screenshot of what you see, what you should see, and what you do not want to see.

Right now, on that link, I see only and solely Toolset Views output and no WooCommerce Template output, hence I assume the issue is solved?

Hello there,

You misunderstand I think. If you inspect the page when it first loads, there's a load of woocommerce classes and divs etc. However, when you update any of the filters, all of these are removed and my actual View is shown (removing the initial load of woocommerce stuff)

Any ideas?

Thanks for your help,

Paul

That is not what I see.

That is why I asked for the screenshots as it seems we do not see the same.

Whether I load the first time or search that page, the HTML is always the same.

Hello there,

From your screenshots, you will see the output of the View is totally different when you first load the page / when you adjust a filter and it updates. Look a bit further in to the view and you will see woocommerce css classes everywhere before you adjust the filters.

Is it initially loading a woocommerce standard template and then replacing this with my view when it updates?

Really hoping you can help...

Paul

The page seems to have changed.
I see no results anymore.

Can you add screenshots and the steps you take to make it happen?
I can then try to replicate this.
