I am trying to: Edit a Woocommerce Product description (and short description)

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Instead, I got: The text is in there. I can see the word count and can see the text in the source code and on the actual page. But I can't cursor into the text box for Product description. It appears empty but not editable.

I disabled plugins and the only one that thaty appears to be causing it is Toolset Types.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I've tried to reproduce the issue with minimum installation where only Toolset plugins (including Toolset Types) and WooCommerce plugin active.

Here is the sandbox site and you can auto-login to it using the followin link:
- hidden link

I try to edit the following product and I can easily see and edit the product description without any issue:
- hidden link

When I checked on your page I can see few JS errors on browser's console related to rank math plugin.

In order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure where exactly the issue:

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
- you may want to setup a stating site for the further debugging.

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?

Ok - it seems the issue is from the plugin "Font Awesome". If I deactivate it, I can see the product description is working as expected.

Can you please get in touch with "Font Awesome" plugin support and check with them if they have any workaround for this issue or the fix is required to add from Toolset.

Thanks. Disabled and it works now. I think I can get by without that one so I won't contact them.
Best wishes,
