Tell us what you are trying to do? I have worked on this for THREE DAYS. site scan said vulnerability with toolset types plugin and that it needed update. when I tried to update it said i needed to upgrade. I bought the upgrade license and added the site to my account. I installed the installer, would not take the key. I uninstalled the installer, uninstalled the toolset types I had installed. Day later started over. I uninstalled anything toolset related. followed instructions in the knowledge base. did a fresh install of the installer. still won't take site key. So I installed toolset types and blocks manually. Both installed. but both require the key. won't take the key. tried editing with code in wp-config.php then I got error that I need to remove constant. only constant I have is a headache. I have read and read and cannot fix this myself.

Is there any documentation that you are following? yes all your documentation on your website, image attached

Is there a similar example that we can see? lots of people have had the problem in your knowledge base/forum

What is the link to your site?

Hi there,

As this is a public forum please do not share any login information. I removed the image that exposed the info.

Please set the next reply as private to be able to share the login information for further investigation.

What I suggest at the moment is this:

- Go to http://toolset.com/account/sites
- Remove the row that contains the key in question.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab)".
- Click the "Register Toolset" at the right section of the screen.
- Click the "Get a key for this site" link annotated in the screenshot below.
- A new page will open up and the auto-generated key will show in pop-up.
- Copy the key and paste it into the "Site Key" input box annotated in the screenshot below.
- Click the "OK" button.

Also please check if your server does not block the URLs below:
