Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all - After checking to debug the information you shared with us, I found that you are using outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
OR
You can update the plugins using the installer:
=> https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed

Do you see the issue with the latest Toolset plugins?

Hi
Sorry it does not show that I need to update and when I go into register it still show the old version, I see on the website there is a newer version but I'm not sure how to update a plugin if there is no "update" button????

This is a dummy site, I only use it to test things at the moment. So no concern about backup

Please click on the button "Check for updates" and you should see the new version and update it accordingly.

Ok, I downloaded Block 1.6 and installed it like one would install a new plugin. It asked me if it can overwrite the old plugin.
I said yes. And the widget area is working now.

This was a dummy site so was not that concerned about losing something. But if I go through this process on an official site - (Because I checked I will have to manually do this with all my site using Toolset because it does not show "Update") What will happen to my content and my templates that are in use? I really do not want to "overwrite" that.

Before you run update on your production site I suggest you should take a full backup of your database and website and then run the update.

Updating plugins will not result in losing the data, it will just replace the old plugin files with the latest plugin files.
