The Widget page is blank and Chrome Dev tools states there is an issue

"TypeError: Cannot read property 'PluginSidebarMoreItem' of undefined and then errors below this pointing to Toolset.

WordPress is on version 5.8 and there are no current Toolset updated showing as available in WordPress.

Many thanks

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please confirm what Toolset plugin version you are using for Types and View/Blocks?

#2133383

Sure,

Toolset Blocks: 1.5.3
Toolset Forms: 2.6.9
Toolset Types: 3.4.10

If there are newer versions, is there a reason the site is not seeing the updates?

Thanks

You are using outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

You may not see updates as we release this to 40-50% of users. If you go to installer page click on "Check for Updates" button and you should see the latest plugins.

Hi thanks you.

How do I update these manually in WordPress?

Do I need to de-activate the plugins and remove them before re-installing the new ones? Will this lose any data?

Thanks

No - it will not remove any data. Yes, if you want to install it manually, deactivate and delete the plugins and then install it.

If you do not want to go with manual way, you should navigate to installer page and click on "Check for updates" button and then update the plugins.
