We have an installation where we are running astra/astra pro/beaver builder. we have just run into an issue when activating toolset views. We have types, forms, views, and access installed.

With views activated, it disables all the modules of beaver builder that was used on a page. The page in beaver edit shows nothing, not modules rows or columns.

When we deactivate views it all works like a dream.

We have deactivated all plugins with the exception of beaver core and toolset and the problem persists until views are deactivated.

We are on PHP 7.3. With all plugins updated to the latest version.

Hi Andre,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Would you mind allowing me with admin access to the site so that I can have a quick look at this one for you ?

I may need to make a copy of your site so that I can investigate further on a local copy.

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Andre,

Thank you for the credentials.

I tried logging into the site, however i'm not able to as it is presenting me with an invalid login credentials error.

Can you check them on your end and let me know if they work for you ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Andre,

I've reviewed the second set of credentials to try and log in but they still don't work.

Can you test the credentials before providing them so that I can have a look at the issue for you ?

Also please send an example page where I can quickly see the issue.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi Andre,

Thank you for the credentials, I was able to log in with these.

The problem was that you had an empty content template in Toolset -> Content templates. Deleting this content template restores your beaver builder function.

Please remember that when a content template is created for a Post Type you must add the appropriate items to that template in order for the information to be displayed. Without this you will get an empty output on the frontend.

Thanks,
Shane
