[Resolved] When trying to update I receive error – Forbidden

This support ticket is created 2 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Update Toolset

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: /wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial

I expected to see: To be able to update

Instead, I got: Error (in Italian: "non riuscito!" - wasn't able to download - forbidden)

- I tried to unregister and then register again, but I have the same error;

- I tried the solution you gave in the ticket: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/downloading-update-forbidden/
but if I try to download single plugin installers in https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ , instead of downloading I am redirected to a page saying:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Can you please check now. Our Systems team identify the issue and they fixed it. It should be fixed now.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
Now after your patch, I'm again able to download the single plugin versions from https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
I still haven't tried to update the plugins automatically from WP dashboard, but I think the problem had the same origin, so I consider solved also that issue. In case of problems I'll open another ticket; thanks again.
