Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
First of all, based on the debug information you shared I find that you are using the outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.
I checked the plugins page and I see most of the plugins you will need to update to latest version:

Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
Alternatively, You can install/update Toolset pluigins using the installer plugin:
Can you please first update ALL plugins including Toolset to latest version and check if that helps you to resolve your issue. If no:
In order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict with the plugins/theme you use:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?
The problem exists in the main site (hidden link) where all the plugins are updated. I updated the plugins in the staging site but the problem still exists. This problem appears from time to time so I think it is not related to other plugins. I use Kadence blocks but they are compatible with toolset.
Ok - it seems to me that the issue is due to the infobox block you added and with the infobox block there is a image field and that image seems to be not precent.
To make this work, you will have to add the infobox block again and remove the current infobox.
What if you try to run the following query on your database and then you should be able to see the WordPress archive.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Once you run the above query then you should be able to access the WordPress archive and then you should try to add the infobox block again and then check if that help you to resolve your issue.
If you do not know how to do it, please let me know.
In that case, will I restore my access to the specific archive? And I have to repeat the same process for all archives that include Kadence infoboxes? If this is the case, it seems more reasonable to me to fix the incompatibility in Toolset or Kadence blocks.
Well - it seems to me its due to dynamic image stored with infobox is not available.
You may want to raise this in front of Kadence blocks and they will do needful in order to fix the issue, if the issue is from their side they will fix it or they should contact us if fix is required from Toolset end. But first you can crosscheck with them and raise this issue in front of them.
Hi,
Although I understand your point, the way that Toolset has implemented the loop is also problematic. In my understanding, Toolset creates the loop based on a specific item. So, if something goes wrong with a field of this item, for example, someone deleted the image, the Toolset encounters a problem.
Well - to ensure the culprit is from Kadence infobox block or the issue needs to be address from Toolset end, what is why I asked you to raise this in front of Kadence blocks support. If they confirm the issue is from our end I will then happy to esclate in front of our Devs.
You can report the same issue as you did here. You can say that if you remove the infobox block from database then the page is loaded successfully and they will investigate further.
