When I open Layout editor the blocks don't show any edit or delete icons

This support ticket is created 5 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

After the recent updates when I open the Layout editor I can't see any edit or delete icons in the top-right corner of the blocks. It's the same for edit icon in the centre of the block.
Deactivating the Ocean Extra Plugin all works perfectly.
I tried to delete and re-install Ocean Extra Plugin and Toolset Layout plugin but the problem persist.

Ocean WP Extra Version 1.5.20
Toolset Layouts Version 2.6.3.1

I've not found any suggestion or solution searching in the Toolset support forum and in the Ocean WP support forum.
What can I do? Could you help me?

Layout doesn't have Blocks - those are from Gutenberg.
Layouts have Cells. I just mention this to avoid any future confusion with the 2 elements.

I see that deactivating the Ocean Extra Plugin all works perfectly.
Toolset Integrates some of Ocean WP Theme, not it's plugins, but we still can have a look, of course.

Unfortunately, I do not have a copy of Ocean Extra handy.
Can you submit me a duplicate of your site, or a copy of the plugin, with some steps how to replicate the issue, in the next private reply?
