[Resolved] When I install the toolset, post contents are disappeared

This support ticket is created 4 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am very disappointed.
When I install the toolset, my post contents are disappeared
Pages are good, but posts are title is good, but when i clicked the title, there is no contents data.

there is only white , blank page

So I have to delete your toolset. because My site is active site.

How to solve?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange.

It could be the theme is not using the the_content() function to display the content or maybe any other thing but I could not be able to tell you anything specific until I review your setup.

Can you please share problem URL and admin access details and share few screenshots what is your expected results.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

As soon as I first installed your plug-in, I experienced a phenomenon in which my data disappeared my data.

I don't want to use your plug-in any more.

I want to use your program after a more stable version is released.

And testing still determined I wasn't up to the level of the Gutenberg block I wanted. I think I still need to use Kadence more.

I'm sorry, but I waited for another six months. I want to buy.

I want to wait for version 2.0.

I've used your program all the time and had a refund experience. It was version 1.1. However, even the re-purchased version 1.5 did not reach the level I wanted.

I will buy again in 6 months. Please give me a refund now.

Frankly, we don't run a staging site and it's the company's policy that we can't give you the password of the site's important managers from previous hacking experiences.

I want a refund.

PS. I hope the Gutenberg toolset block is more flexible and works better. I like the function very much of your block , but there are many inconveniences compared to Kadence Block, such as selecting , moving , copying when I used.
