[Resolved] When I create a User Registration Form it ONLY shows up to signed in users!

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user's forms are not showing up to their guest users.

Solution:

I suspect that the issue is being caused by the access plugin, where the correct permissions were not given.

Could you go to Toolset -> Access Control -> Toolset Forms And ensure that guests have access to you form.

I am trying to:

Create a user registration form to enable users to register on a front-end page

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

It's only on a local install

I expected to see:

I expected to see the form WHEN I WAS VISITING AS A GUEST. Instead, the form is only visible when logged in.

Instead, I got:

The form is hidden from visitors.

Hi Raymond,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I suspect that the issue is being caused by the access plugin, where the correct permissions were not given.

Could you go to Toolset -> Access Control -> Toolset Forms And ensure that guests have access to you form.

I don't think that's the issue. As far as I can see, the permissions are okay.

Hi Raymond,

You need to navigate to the Toolset Forms Tab.

There you should see the permissions for your specific form.

Thanks,
Shane

Ok. Here's the screens that I should be looking at. What do I need to do on them?

🙂

Cheers.

Hi Raymond,

What you need to do now is to Expand the user form access group section by clicking on it.

There you should be able to see your form and allow guests to have access to it.

Please let me know if this helps.

Thanks,
Shane
