I am trying to:
To enable Jetpack Premium to use the CDN for videos
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
this option is now unset as the site will not work on it
I expected to see:
Nothing, this should not change the way I use form toolset.
The videos should just be uploaded to the CDN
Instead, I got:
I have a CPT called videos
I have a dedicated form to let the user upload video, called videofile
When enabling the Jetpack Premium CDN for video, the behaviour of the field used to load videos file changed
I select the video, and when I click ok, I get the path rewritten (the path is removed actually), and the name of the file.mp4 becomes file-mp4.
The form can not be validated

I searched for any known issues with JetPack CDN on our internal issues tracker but could not found any. To better investigate this issue, I created a new test server on our platform, Installed and registred Toolset on it. You can install any additional Toolset plugin on the Toolset Installer: hidden link
Please configure JetPack and create a minimal form to reproduce this issue. I'll escalate it then to our 2nd Tier for further analysis.

I've made a bug review with WordPress / Jetpack.
They think the Toolset is not compatible with Jetpack / Videopress CDN. ;-((((((
I wanted to upload all the videos the users sent us to a CDN to improve the UX. If you know an inexpensive way to do that, it would be great.
We do not actually recommend any CDN. Instead, we try to be as much as possible compatible with WordPress plugins. For example, in the form, you can choose to allow the user to upload media files using the WordPress Media Library. If JetPack is using it to upload the video to their CDN, I do not see why it should not work.
If you will reproduce the problem that you encounter on the test server that I provided, and if you can record a short screenshot that demonstrates the issue, I can debug it or approach our 2nd Tier for assistance on it before telling if this can be possible or not. Let me know your feedback.
