I am trying to: Edit an existing Post (article)

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: this happens in the Dashboard

When going into an existing post to modify it, we have an error 404 due to a missing resource at hidden link

This has the impact that switching between "Visual" and "Text" tabs may make the content disappear.

Hi Jean,

Could you try reinstalling the Types plugin manually and see if this resolves the issue ?

Also if you can recall when did this issue started to occur?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

I've just gone ahead and reinstalled the plugin (through cPanel's extract). Same issue.

That problem has been reported by the clients in the last 3 days. We've proceeded to ensure every single plugin and the theme are updated.

I find it somewhat strange that *something* is referencing a folder that isn't even present in Types plugin.

Looking in the browser console's Network tab, the error happens right after the loading of icl-admin-notifier.js (WPML) ans submitanyways.js (Types)...

That is quite strange.

Would you mind setup a duplicator package for me so that I can check on this for you locally?

To do this please follow the instructions in the link below.

Thanks,
