[Resolved] When Access is enabled, our public giving CiviCRM page goes blank.

This support ticket is created 5 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
Re-enable Access

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
What is displayed now.

Instead, I got:
CIVICRM
and nothing else int e content area.

Did you setup any special permissions for this page using access ? This could be the reason why it is happening.

I hadn't in the past. The issue cropped up after an upgrade of the plugins.

IT seems that some other plugin is throwing an error.

I'm not able to access the plugins page to enable the access plugin to check on the issue.

I've fixed the plugins issue. It was a plugin that was acting incompatibly with the updated PHP version.
