[Resolved] what to use Divi Product Template but Toolset is blocking it

Tell us what you are trying to do? I want to use the DIvi Product template but Toolset is overriding it. In my Woocommerce product I switched the content template to none but when I view it on frontend it's just a blank page but if I edit that page I see my Divi Product Template which what I want to use. Toolset is blocking it from showing on the frontend correctly. How can I use Divi for product templates without Toolset blocking it

Is there any documentation that you are following? Couldn't find any

Is there a similar example that we can see? See screenshots. Frontend view is blank page just footer, backend view is the divi template that I want to use and the final screenshot is the woocommerce

Can you please share admin access details and what Divi product template you want to use and what Toolset content template you disable?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

Well - I removed the integration of single product content template from Toolset. So it should not use the Toolset content template. Even I check after that the divi template you build to display single product does not get displayed.

Even when I deactivate all Toolset plugins and check I can see the Divi builder layout you build for all product is not get displayed.

This seems to be non Toolset issue. Can you please check by deactivating Toolset plugins and see if you see the same issue then you will have to get in touch with Divi support for further assistance.

Thank you, I've checked this and you are correct. The issue still happens even when the Toolset plugins are turned off. I've handed this issue to Divi.
