[Resolved] website becomes unreachable from network after making a change to map

This support ticket is created 3 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: make a change to the map

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: map of listings

Instead, I got: website is blocked by web server for security reasons and timesout from entire network

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

There is one known issue related to Toolset maps but that should not affect the functionality.

With the problem URL you shared: hidden link
- I can see the page is loading. Is the issue still persists or its resolved? If there is issue, where can I see it, do you mean that map is not showing the markers?
