Website stopped working. Tommorrow is kick off. What is wrong??

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I see an error when I try to insert a Toolset Post Form in an Archive of Custom Terms that are empty (have no posts) using Layouts.

Solution: Our developers are working on a fix for this issue.

This support ticket is created 5 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi, I'll try to help. Can you try these troubleshooting steps first?
- Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen, then deactivate all plugins except Types, Views, Forms and Layouts.
- Clear your browser cache and test again. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your parent theme, then child theme, then other plugins one by one until the problem returns.
- If the problem is not resolved, try manually reinstalling Forms first. You can download a fresh copy from https://toolset.com/account/downloads
If that does not resolve the problem, I'll have to take a closer look.

Could I log in to wp-admin and make a clone of your site? I can install it locally and run some additional tests.

I'm asking my 2nd tier team to take a closer look at this. I'm able to tell that the Fatal Error occurs when the Mail Agenti Form is displayed on the site. I'm not sure yet why this is happening, or what the notices are about, but I will let you know what I find out.

I may have found the problem.Is it possible to be problem, when it displays two times? Cause it has same ID etc..?

In my local copy, I removed everything from this Layout except one Visual Editor cell with the cred form shortcode, and still saw the error. Our developers are still investigating.
