I am trying to: Fix the problem that where user clicks on Page 2 of Webinars, the site displays the home page and not the webinars archive. I receive You Are Not Authorized for that when clicking in Toolset dashboard

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link, hidden link

I expected to see: the second and third pages of our older webinar posts

Instead, I got: the homepage

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I see the webinar archive already created: hidden link

But when I visit the Toolset => WordPress Archives I do not see any archive that mean the webinars archive is not created using Toolset:
=> hidden link

Do you mean that you want to create webinars archive using Toolset? If yes, I see you already tried that but its throw the error "You do not have permissions to do that".

It seems its because you already have webinars archive and that slug is already used so I suggest you should try to create archive with different slug "Archive for Webinar" and then check if that help you to resolve your issue and you able to create archive using Toolset.

I’m sorry, but due to the permissions error, I am not able to make a webinar archive at all. Can you please do that for me? It is critical today because we are at an industry conference this weekend and we need to show our clients the history of webinars we’ve done: hidden link

Thank you for your help 😊

I already finish my shift. However that is strange that its throwing the error:
- You do not have permissions for that.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
In order to minimize the cause of the issue and to make sure there is no conflict between third-party plugins or theme - Could you please try to disable all third-party plugins and check with default theme and see if you able to spot any conflict with any third-party plugins you are using or theme.

If that does not help as you need urgent help - you can create a new ticket and link this ticket and supporter who is working in this timezone will be get back to you.

A full backup has been made, plugins tested and it is still Toolset's problem not allowing me to do anything. We use WP Engine and migrated the site from Digital Ocean to WP Engine in October. Up to now, we have been very satisfied with your product, but the support at this time has not been helpful and we are reconsidering giving Toolset a review to reflect this recent experience.

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply.

Please apologize for any inconveniences caused so far. We're still checking this issue, and very soon we'll provide you with updates. Also, just to make sure, do you allow us to migrate the website to a copy version hosted on our servers? Please keep us posted about it, while we keep debugging the problem.

Thanks for your understanding!

Yes, you have permission to clone our site to your server. Thank you for your help.

Hello,

Thanks for your patience.

We have checked the website, and found that it is a permission problem. Also, Toolset WordPress Archive is a built-in feature of Toolset Blocks plugin - it was missing in your plugins list. We followed these steps:

1) Install the Toolset Access and Blocks plugins in your website
2) Toolset-> Access control-> Custom Roles
a) Enable advanced mode
b) Find user role "Administrator", click link "Change permissions", click "Views capabilities", enable option "toolset_edit_views", save and test again

Now the archives can be created. Webinar, for example: hidden link

Please review it and tell us if everything is fine now. Thank you!

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply.

They're already installed on your WordPress, that's why you can't select and download them. But if you need to install it again at some point, you were doing it in the correct place (Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial tab).

Please let me know if you still have doubts. Thank you.
