We can not see the custom fields in the dashboard. we receive the below message from the wordpress backend: "It was a critical error on your website. For instructions, please check the emails received by the site administrator.
Learn more about troubleshooting in WordPress."
and we also received by email from the server admin the one below:
Please advise, thx
Error details
==============
An error of type E_ERROR occurred on line 8 of the /var/www/vhosts/***oursite.ro/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/types/application/viewmodels/fields_group_factory.php file. Error message: Class Types_Viewmodel_Field_Group_Factory contains 2 abstract methods and must therefore be declared abstract or implement the remaining methods (Toolset_Field_Group_Factory :: get_domain, Toolset_Field_Group_Factory :: get_groups_for_element)
"Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

În acest caz, WordPress a sesizat o eroare la unul dintre modulele tale, Toolset Types.

First, visit your website (https:***oursite.ro) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (hidden link) and check for any visible issues.

Te rog contactează serviciul tău de găzduire pentru asistență în investigarea în continuare a acestei probleme.

If your site appears broken and you can't access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

hidden link

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in o zi. Don't worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
Versiunea WordPress 5.3
Modulul curent: Toolset Types (versiunea 3.2.1)
Versiunea PHP 7.2.24"

Hi there

I notice from your debug info that you are using outdated versions of the plugins. Could you please update to the current versions, and then let me know if you still see the problem?
