[Resolved] We bought the update but the update fails again and a again

This support ticket is created 4 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Here is the Doc that you should follow first to install the Types plugin:

Once Types plugin install, you should follow the following steps to update your Toolset plugins.

We had already installed toolset, but we had to do an update, we did that and bought the right product, however, all toolset plug-ins have been downloaded, but the one in question keeps giving an error message, that error message has failed in terms of download. We have already paid and because this plug-in is not activated and can be the site crashes on the add to cart button. So I hope you can come up with a solution or possibly fix it for me?

Can you please tell me with what plugin you see the error and what are the steps I need to follow to see the error on your install.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

The thing is that you are using really outdated Toolset Types plugin version.

So, what you have to do is, try to follow the following steps:
=> Deactivate and Delete the current Toolset Types plugins from plugins' page
=> Download the latest Toolset Types plugins from your account's download page: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
=> Upload and activate the latest Toolset Types plugin you downloaded

Once Types plugin install, you should follow the following steps to update your Toolset plugins.

Hello! Minesh is not available for a couple of days. If you don't mind, I'll continue with you on this ticket.

I deleted the current version of Toolset and uploaded a more recent one. Now you can complete the update of Toolset plugins from the Toolset Installer hidden link
