I am trying to: Add a VIEW Block into a new blank page
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
I expected to see: A business directory listing with 2 business profiles (like your Yoga Instructors Demo page)
Instead, I got: This Warning message in the back end of WP (using the Block Editor): This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed... so I can't give any kind of setting to my VIEW (like grid style for instance).
By the way, I've put WP into Solving Troubles mode (so no theme or plugins are activated except for Toolset ones of course).
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
First of all, based on the debug information you shared I find that you are using the outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
OR
You can install/update Toolset pluigins using the installer plugin:
I updated Toolset Types to the latest version but unfortunately the issue persists.
I'd appreciate it very much if you could l please give it a second look.
In order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict between the third-party plugins or theme you are using:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?
I also noticed that you are using PHP version 8.2.1, What if you downgrade the PHP version to 8.0.x or 8.1.x?
I did as you suggested and I set the site into Troubleshooting.
It's now using theme Twenty Twenty-Three and only 2 plugins: Toolset Blocks and Toolset Views.
I also reverted the PHP to 8.0
But I still get the same issue: Blocks found a problem and can't generate the preview, and therefore I can't manage its settings on the back end.
Note: I forgot to mention that this site is part of a WP Multisite... not sure this changes your approach to the problem but I found it would be important for you to know.
I can still see that you are using outdated plugins:

Do you see the issue once you update ALL Toolset plugins to latest version?
My plugins were 100% updated, but the theme Themify Ultra had pending update.
I've updated it already.
Please go ahead and give it a look.
Note: the web is a production website so I shouldn't deactivate the plugins for the public but you're free to set the site in Troubleshooting mode for yourself (like I did).
In my case the issue didn't get solved but I'm sure that you'll find out what's wrong with the website.
I'm not sure where you see the updated plugins but when I loggedin using the admin access details you shared and visit the plugins page: hidden link
with the above plugins page, I can see that you are using following Toolset plugins:
- Toolset Blocks Version 1.6.1 - the latest version for Toolset Blocks plugin is: 1.6.7
- Toolset Access version 2.8.14 - the latest version for Toolset Access plugins is: 2.8.16
- Toolset Forms version 2.6.12 - the latest version for Toolset Forms plugins is: 2.6.16
- Toolset Maps version 2.0.11 - the latest version for Toolset Maps plugins is: 2.1.1
Are you sure you are using all Toolset latest plugins as I do not see from your plugins page.

My first issue since FIXED (in the Troubleshooting Mode) after I updated our plugins as per your suggestion!
I just need now to test them also under normal conditions (using our Theme and third party plugins).
I'll updated this ticket later on with my impressions.
Ok sure. With the latest plugin version should help you to resolve your issue.
