I have Toolset Types 2.2.5 and trying to add 3.4.7
Hello, are you seeing this error while trying to upgrade using the automatic update tool? If so, there are some unresolved issues in the process to automatically upgrade from Types 2.2.x to Types 3+. Registration is also impacted by these issues. Our recommendation in this case is to perform a manual plugin upgrade. If you have not made a backup of your site and database yet, we recommend you do that first. Then go to https://toolset.com/account/downloads and download the latest version of Types. Next, go to wp-admin > Plugins > Installed Plugins, and deactivate and delete Toolset Types. Your work will be saved in the database, so no need to worry about losing your existing information. After deleting the old version, go to Plugins > Add New to upload and activate the new version of Types you just downloaded.
If the problem is not resolved, I may need to take a closer look. Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
