I never got to a resolution for this. I just turned off PHP warnings.. However... the problem persists. This has become quite urgent.
Warning: array_intersect(): Expected parameter 1 to be an array, string given in /home/customer/www/club100.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/types-access/application/models/access_settings.php on line 409

Do you have any idea of the steps you are taking that trigger the notices? (The log should contain the time the warnings are created.) Is it only when you visit the Access settings page and update settings?
Can you try to isolate the cause by disabling all plugins except for Access and switching theme to a default theme such as twentytwentyone to see if the warnings are still generated? If not, it should be possible to identify the combination required to reproduce the problem.
