I am trying to: get the visual tab to display the content properly

I expected to see: text displaying under the visual editor
Instead, I got: the visual tab is blank. the text tab shows the text in html formatting
I checked and saw this was a fixed problem, but not sure why it has not corrected when plugin was updated on my site. I am working on a staging site to troubleshoot and make the fix before rolling out on the live site. I have checked to ensure the editor was enabled.
