We need to use a Visual Composer component: "Media Grid". When we create such a grid in any kind of post type, we can see it correctly in the preview, but once the page has been published it is only visible in WordPress default post/pages. In the Toolset custom post types (like Autori), it looks like the grid doesn't load.

Here you can see the difference, but these are private posts, so pleas use the provided login admin access,

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all - After checking to debug information you shared with us, I found that you are using outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Once you update ALL Toolset plugins to the latest version if your issue still persists, would you mind to run a small compatibility test:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
