Hi,
I have created a Slider in Views, and it works when I set manual pagination.
If I use Ajax I see only the first slide and then the Slider disappear completely (only the paginations dots remains)

Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Would you mind allowing me to have access to the site so that I can check on this slider for you ?

The private fields will be enabled for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello,

I noticed that your plugins for toolset need updating.

Could you try updating them and let me know if the issue still remains ?

Also if this still occurs could you try disable the non-toolset plugins. This is just to ensure that no other plugin is interfering with the normal operating functions of our toolset plugins.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello,

I think this might be an issue with the loading of the other item from a different CPT.

Could you try creating another featured post in the same Post CPT with a similar setup and see if the issue still remains ?

I would like to verify this.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello,

Would you mind if I took a copy of this site so that I can perform some tests without making changes to your live site?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello,

I'm having issues creating the backup since the site is running out of space.

However i'm trying to export the posts and the post types to see if I can get this setup on my local install to test the slider.

I suspect it might be an issue with the delivery of the content using the AJAX as it works fine with a full page reload.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello,

Could you let me know which plugin is generating the Events Custom Post Type ?

I've decided to export the data manually, however since the Events Post Type was not made in Types i'm not able to recreate it on my localhost.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi,
It's the "Project" CTP auto generated by Divi but renamed to "Events".
But you don't need to recreate it, because the same error happen also if you use only normal WP posts.

Hello,

I tried to replicate on a fresh install but the issue was not there.

Taking a look at the site again I attempted to log in but i notice that the account is not an admin account anymore.

What I was going to do was to recreate the slider in its basic for to see if this issue was still present.

Could you update the account permissions once more so I can perform this test?

Thanks,
Shane

Hello,

Same issue still occurs, so I suspect its the site itself .

Would I be able to disable the non-toolset plugins and re-activate to see what effect would this have?

Thanks,
Shane

#1224043

Sadly I can't do that now.
I will check it on a later time.

Thanks for your help.
