Please look at the events slider that lives inside the photo area on this page:

hidden link

When you click the "Next" button, you get a syntax error. You can see it in your browser console, but here it is:

Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: /?wpv_view_count=266&wpv_paged=2

I've tried the following:

  • Disabling all plugins
  • Changing the AJAX pagination settings (tested all combinations of settings)
  • Creating new events posts (in case it had to do w/ a corrupt post, weird content, etc.)

Types and Views are up to date. As you can see, this is a live site, so please let me know what you think as soon as you have a chance...thank you!

Hi Alison,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Would you mind providing me with a duplicator of the site so that I can have a further look at this.

Since this is a live site I would not want to do any testing on this site.

To provide me with a duplicator package please check the link below.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Alison,

Thank you for the duplicator package.

I will do some investigation to see if there is anything I can find. Also I would like for you to provide me with the debug information on your website so that I can see your operating environment.

To provide the debug information please have a look at the link below.

Hi Alison,

Thank you for the debug information.

I tried to setup the duplicator package however i was not successful.

However taking a look at your debug information I noticed that you have quite a number of plugins installed, any of which might be causing the issue.

Would you mind temporarily disabling all your non-toolset plugins and try again and let me know the results?

Thanks,
Shane

Yep, I already did that. No change in the behavior of the slider.

Hi Alison,

Would you mind providing me with admin access to the website so I can have a look ?

I'm having some issues getting the duplicator package to work. The private fields have been enabled.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Alison,

Thank you for the credentials.

I took a look at the slider and it seems to be working now. Were you able to resolve the issue ?

Thanks,
Shane

No, it's not working on any major browser in Windows. The first slide loads fine; the error occurs when you advance to the next slide. As I say in my original post, the JS error has to do with pagination.

That's great, but it's not working on the front page of the site. (See my original ticket.)
