Hey there,
after moving the multisite network to the server of the client while using the same domains as on my server, the view search is not working anymore:
hidden link
Can you help me out?
Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
I checked the page and I was able to filter the view and get different results each time. Can you provide more details? How can I see the search issue? What steps to follow? And what are the expected results?
Would it be possible to get access to your website and check the view in the backend? Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **
Currently, I am not able to login to your website. I am getting a 503 error hidden link
Regarding the distance search, I may suspect that the location's cache is corrupt. Go to Toolset->Settings->Maps, scroll down and load the cached data. Then remove all the cached items if they exist and try again. Remember that Toolset will query Google Maps API 10 times per minute, so it does not exceed the allowed quota. If you have multiple posts with location data, you may need to refresh the page once each minute to ensure that all the posts get their location data correctly.
Hey Jamal,
awkward, for me the backend is working fine now.
I just deleted all cached map data and now no result is showing in the view. I guess I have to wait a few minutes until all posts with location data are updated.
I hope it will work then.
EDIT:
I just edited one of the posts by clicking in the address field, chosing the same address as it had already and saved the post. Now this post is showing in the results again, but no other post with location data. Do I have to update every post with location data manually now? Or will this be done automatically somehow?

I'll suggest that you create a test page, then add a test view into it, and a map. This view needs to query all posts without pagination and display them on the view. Then visit the page on the frontend and refresh it every 1 minute until you can see all the posts' markers in the map. This will ensure that all the location data has been cached again.
