[Closed] Views not updating with content

This is actually happening on two separate sites but with irregularity, however it's causing issues for my client so I'm hoping you can help me figure out how to prevent it from happening in the future: I have two separate views loading the same custom post content - one on the homepage and one on the sidebar, and on a weekly basis when the client adds a new post the views feeds do no update until I manually go into toolset settings and clear the cache. Clearing the site and server caches alone doesn't fix it, it's only the toolset cache that fixes the issue and pushes the new content through. I'd like to sort this out, because it appears to the client as if the site is broken.

This happens to both Views? How is the new content added?

If it is published via the WP editor then that should automatically bust the View cache.

In any case you can simply disable caching for the View.

If you are using the block editor, with the View block selected you should find the setting in the sidebar (screenshot).

If you are using the legacy editor, where you insert the View using the wpv-view shortcode, you can add the attribute cached="off" (see https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/views/views-shortcodes/#wpv-view).
