We updated a couple of views on the following page:
hidden link

We inserted some additional fields on the loop but nothing is updating on the frontend even if the preview area on the editing page is updated.
We use the W3 Total Cache plugin and for that reason, we already tried to clear all caches of the pages but nothing happened, we also switched the option of "cache view" off on the settings of the views but with no result.

What can be the reason and how can we solve this issue?

Thanks,

Franco

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all, based on the debug information you shared I find that you are using the outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***

Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
OR
You can install/update Toolset plugins using the installer plugin:

Even after updating Toolset plugins - you still see the issue, can you please share problem URL where I can see the issue and what field you are trying to display on frontend.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi,
we updated the Toolset plugins used on the website but the issue is still there.
The page is: hidden link

I enclose a screenshot where you see that in the backend the view shows the fields output and in the frontend those data are not shown.

Kindly let me know what could be the issue. I cannot provide for this website a staging area because it is a very wide website and I cannot do a full beckup.

Thanks,

Franco

As I wrote before, I can send you temporary access to the website but I cannot do a full backup so it is important that no changes shall be done that can get us in trouble with the website

Ok let me just dive into your site's admin section and check whats going wrong with your setup.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I managed to solve the issue by myself. Now every thing is fine.

Best,
