I am trying to: Use category filtering via the short code. This was working prior to a recent update.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

The code on this page is: [wpv-view name="where-to-eat-view" view_display="layout" wpvstorecategory="coffee-cafe"]

I expected to see: Only coffee shops and cafes

Instead, I got: all stores are being listed.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I just checked with my local test install and added a view that filters the posts by category passed using the view's shortcode attribute and it just works fine.

Yes, I can see on your install its not working. In order to minimize the cause of the issue as well as to ensure there is no plugin or theme conflict:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes? - Do you see any difference?

If no: What if you try to create a brand new view? does that help?
