Views not displaying

This support ticket is created 3 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have done everything to fix this and check why but it seems to be a plugin issue. We need help to display this.

Hi Jason,

The problem is that you have the ordering for Menu order however when I checked on one of the post the menu order field is empty.

The view will show no results because its unable to order the posts by an empty field. If you want your view to show you will need to remove the order by the Menu order setting and order it by the default post date until you fill in the menu order custom field.
