This site has connections between various post types. Top level is Authors. Then authors have books. Then books have Additional Info pages (Reviews, Guides, etc). The left sidebar for the various pages has worked for several years like this:
On Book pages, the left sidebar shows the Author, the author's other books if any, the Additional Info for the book, if any and links to buy the book.
When you click on an Additional Info (i.e. Reviews), the left sidebar remains the same on that page.
Now on some books (not all) when you click on an Additional Info, the other additional info links disappear. I will upload example screenshots of one that is not working and one that is working.
Troubleshooting I have done: Cleared the toolset cache, run a repair on the database tables, cleared browser cache. I cloned the site to UpdraftPlus and deactivated all but the Toolset and Custom Sidebar plugins. None of these solved the problem.
I can make you a user login to the regular site as long as you don't make any changes. I can make you a user login to the cloned site if you want to test changes.
Example 1 of a book that is not working: hidden link. You'll see 2 links in the More About This Book section of the left sidebar. Click on either and on the following page, the other link disappears from the sidebar.
Example 2 of a book that is working: hidden link. Again 2 links but clicking on either does not change sidebar.

Basically, Toolset does not control the sidebar's added by themes until and unless you are using the Toolset integrated themes.
However, I see that you added view to sidebar to display reviews. Can you please share admin access details so I can check whats going wrong with your setup.
I see on the following post, there is no review display on left sidebar.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

No it’s not working. The sidebar should look like this attached screenshot even after you click one of the links. So if you click Reviews, you’ll see that Story Behind the Book disappears from the sidebar.
It seems there is a possibility that when you migrate to new relationship some connection may be lost.
Do you have backup before you migrated to new post relationship? Do you have staging site where we can see its working as expected?
If you setup a staging site with the current setup, I will try to migrate to old relationship to see if it works as expected as before and we can test if its working as expected before you migrate to new post relationship.
Did you have setup any many-to-many post relationship? if yes, with what post types you setup many to many post relationship?

You can rollback to your the legacy (old) post relationship from the section "Rollback after the migration of the relationship data structures". What if you try to rollback so that we will be able to know if it used to work before migrating the post relationship to new many-to-many post relationship.
Do you see it works as expected once you rollback it?
I did the rollback. It did not fix the problem and caused others. I’ve left it in the staged site and attached some screenshots.
On the Nora book — it’s not finding any of the author or book pages for purposes of the sidebar (Items not found in the screenshot). Also missing the right sidebar
On The King book == same issue with missing info when opening an Other Info page.
How was the website migrated ? It appears that the relationships as Minesh says aren't present on the staging site. hidden link
As you see above under the relationships there aren't any attached posts to here. With this we will need to work on the live site unless the issue with the duplicate can be resolved.
However i'm struggling to find the view that gives the data for the More About This Book section. Based on what I see on the page, this view below should be controlling that section but i'm not seeing the heading in the view. hidden link

The pages for this section are a post type called Additional Book Info. I’m attaching some screenshots that will help. The middle one show a Review page and in the right sidebar, you’ll see the content template. The first one is the bottom of that page where this Review was attached to the appropriate book. The last one if the View for Additional Book Info.
Here’s the content template for that sidebar. Maybe the code in it will give you a clue. I added the word “Testing” to the section title to test it and the change was made. hidden link
You want the sidebar links to remain unchanged even if you're on one of the links correct? Or is it that when you're on the Story behind this book you want the "Story Behind this book" link to still be displayed?
