[Resolved] Views does not save when I insert search criteria

Tell us what you are trying to do? Create views - front end directories of custom post types. As soon as I select a taxonomy to search in the view. The update option for the page goes blank, and it is as if a want to switch to draft. It does not want to update as normal

Is there any documentation that you are following? can not find similar

Could you please check the browser console to see if it reports and JS errors or problem network requests.

Also, please check your debug.log for PHP errors related to this.

If you haven't already, turn on the debug log by editing your wp-config.php file and change the line with WP_DEBUG like so:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
define('WP_DISABLE_FATAL_ERROR_HANDLER',true);

That will create a debug.log file in your /wp-content/ directory which you can examine in any text editor. Try visiting the same page where you observe the problem and then inspect the log. If you don't find the debug.log file it means it didn't generate any warnings or errors.

That is the problem, I cannot even op the page in because I can not save it. So I can not view the bug log because I can not even view the view front end, it does not allow me to save as soon as I input the search createria

Not JS error, And did do the WP_BUG but still. When creating a View I cannot save it as soon as I add any kind of search criteria, so I can not open it in Broswer to see error...

Started making the content templates for the post types. No error occurs and I can use the taxonomies... and the bug folder is still empty... It is only when I want to use it in the search for a few that it gives problems.

Hi Adri,

From your debug data that you've previously provided I noticed that you're running PHPVersion:"8.0.14". Unfortunately we have not yet announced compatibility for php version 8. However our developers are working to make Toolset Compatible with php version 8.

For now can you downgrade the php version to version 7 and then check again to see if the same issues still remain.
