Hi, I installed types and views manually on a clients site (backend installer did not work) and they are both running ok but I don´t see anywhere where I can actually enter the site key. I also uploaded forms manually but it´s causing a major error 🙁
Any suggestions?

You can enter the keys like described here https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/

Did you already follow those steps?
If so, can you elaborate on what happens once you register Toolset in the Commercial Tab of Dashboard > Plugins?

This will then allow us to determine what might be the issue and help resolve it.

as you can see, I have types registered for a lot of sites so I am familiar with the regular regsitration process, problem is it`s running but there is no registration input neither in plugins tab nor in toolset dashboard

Hi Markus,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Based on your screenshot it seems that you are running a multisite setup.

In such case you will need to go to the Multisite admin panel in order to register the plugins with the link Beda had provided in the previous response.

Thanks,
Shane

No, this site is and was never a multisite. Any other suggestion?

Hi Markus,

Thats quite odd as it should provide you the option to register.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site so that I can see exactly what is happening here ? The private fields have been enabled for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Markus,

It seems that the account that you've provided is not an admin account as I don't have access to any of the Toolset options or Plugins menu on the backend.

Could you check on this for me.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Markus,

This is quite an odd issue. I suspect there might be a plugin or your theme that is causing this. What I would do now is to temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again to see if the Commercial Tab option shows up in Plugins -> Add New.

Also temporarily change your theme to a default wordpress theme as well.

If none of this works then I would need to grab a copy of your site to test here locally to see if I can find why the commercial tab isn't showing up that would allow you to register the plugins.

Thanks,
Shane

Yes really odd: as mentioned before I run Toolset on more than 5 sites and I am always using the same template and of course I tried already the option disabling other plugins but no change though 🙁 Since everything runs ok so far, no need for me to go into the deep - I only fear that with the next toolset update everything crashes.

Hi Markus,

An update wouldn't result in a crash of the website but I would still like to grab a copy of the site to see if moving the site to a different server environment will resolve the issue.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Markus,

I was able to restore the register option by removing types 3.3.10 on the copy of the site and installing version 3.3.9

Once i've installed this I was able to add the site key and updated the plugin through the backend the register option was still there.

You can download the older version from the link below.

Please let me know if this helps.

Thanks,
Shane
