Tell us what you are trying to do?

I have a custom post type, 'lab-results'. Right now I have it set to display all results, with no limits or offsets. I've inserted it into a page using the elementor widget for toolset views.

Ideally, I would like it to display results where a custom field, 'customer-user-id', is equal to the current user. I planned to do this with the wpv_filter_query hook. However, I can't even get the results to display without any additional filters. No errors are logged in the debug log, either.

The page doesn't display anything on the page, but views debug popup shows that the query should display 8 results and these results populate in the Elementor editor.

I've uploaded screenshots so that you can see what I mean. How can I resolve this?

The view was not private, information was removed.

Thanks. I submitted the info in a previous reply, but the private information was still visible so I removed it. I tested it on an incognito browser. Can you please enable private replies so that sensitive information isn't exposed.

Hi Erin,

The view should be displaying now.

The issue was that you had an empty layout assigned to this post. What I recommend that you do is that if you're not using the Layouts plugin is to disable it.

Also given that you are using Elementor so I recommend that you select only one builder, either Elementor or Layouts.

Thanks,
Shane
