CAn I change the view type to edit it on the classic editor instead of the block editor?

I don't mean to start another isuse here but the thing is I am having issues doing simple things with Blocks editor, like deleting empty parragraphs. should be simple and I've seen threads around showing how but when I removed code it breaks the whole page.
That's my main issue righ now.
