View - the Image settings are not loading and I can't edit anything

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I created somes pages with different Views, but when I try to edit the block with Image I can not. The Image settings and the other settings don't appear.

Just to let you know, I am using the Astra Theme PRO and Spectra PRO on this site and it is hosted in SiteGround.

Is there any documentation that you are following? No

Is there a similar example that we can see? I made a screenshot.

Can you please share problem URL and admin access details and tell me what image field you have issue with.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
