Well, the view for "Inkommande" works, but not for "Utgående" (found below the "Inkommande" view )
As you can see in admin (screenshot) for that specific day, there are multiple connected posts, that are not shown up in the lower view ("Utgående").
The view should now be working. The problem was that your view was being sorted by the incorrect startid field. There are a couple fields on you site that share the same name but the field slugs are different.
It so happens that in this case the incorrect one was selected.

Is it possible to add some kind of conditional code to make a row in the table view change its background colour, depending on if a field is empty or not?
For instance, if the field "sluttid" is populated, that row is considered to be "complete" (green).
