View not showing results on frontend

This support ticket is created 4 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have a relationship between two post types. Via loop in a view, I am grabbing the related items to display. When I am in Elementor, the view displays the results as I would expect. There are a few nested templates and it shows the results as expected too. When I view the published page outside of Elementor, it comes up with no results. I have cleared the Toolset Cache and that did not help either. I do this same thing in other locations on the site without issue.

I am on version 3.3.4 of Views.

Any thoughts?

I will require the problem URL where you not able to see any results and also if you can share what view you are trying to display. Are you trying to apply any template you build with Elementor? If yes, what template you would like to apply?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
