[Resolved] View not displaying on front-end for main template

This support ticket is created 4 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

The fix worked for a single collaborative but not for the others (No Item Found). I'm running out of time on this... please advise (feel free to login). Screenshot attached anyway.

Hi Jason,

I had initially tried to log in but the credentials don't seem to work anymore.

However from your screenshot I see that you have set this up correctly. Can you send me a link to a page where the view isn't working correctly?

I've enabled the private fields again.

Hi Jason,

Thank you for the credentials. I took a quick look at this link below

As well as a couple other of the posts under the same post type.

What is happening here is that these do not have any child posts connected. See Screenshot

In order for a child post to be displayed on the frontend a relationship must already be established, similarly to this post here

From what I can see you need to go through your posts and connect them to their relative child posts.
