Hi Michaela,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I took a look at this for you and I suspect that it might be a plugin conflict. Were there any updates or recent changes done to the site before you noticed this issue ?

I also recommend temporarily disabling all the non-toolset plugins and trying again.

Thanks,
Shane

Dear Shane,

I have now deactivated one plugin after the other, but still it did not change. Only when I deactivated the plugin
wp responsive photo gallery

the following text was shown on the website (see enclosed screen shot)

So I do not think that it is a plugin conflict with any of the other plugins. However I have updated the Toolset types plugin. Might that be the reason? And if yes, how do I fix this?

Kind regards,

Michaela

Hi Michael,

I took a look at your debug information and noticed that your layouts and views plugins are outdated.

Could you perform an update on these plugins and let me know if the issue still remains.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Michael,

I cannot say if it will but regarding the current situation and given that the plugins need updating then this would be my best advise.

If any issues arise then we can look at it together.

Thanks,
Shane

Dear Shane,

I have now updated the plugin and the information is shown again, but all the css I have added is not used. In the view the css is still there, but the view on the page does not take the css into consideration. It displays the content, but not taking into account the css.
Please advise how to fix this?

Kind regards,

Michaela

Hi Michaela,

I logged in and checked this and the css wasn't loading as you mentioned.

What I would try doing is to recreate the view and check again to see if the css is still not loading. Also are there any caching being done on the site as this could also be a reason for the css not loading.

Thanks,
Shane
