I am trying to:
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
I expected to see: The listing under Our Partners should be in 3 columns
Instead, I got: Single stacking even on full width site
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
That is strange.
Can you please share admin access details and let me review what's going wrong with your setup.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I could not able to access the wp-admin using the link you shared:
- hidden link
Can you please send me working wp-admin?

Hopefully this works
When I try to login using the wp-admin access details you shared - I see the following error:
Error: The username sf-admin is not registered on this site. If you are unsure of your username, try your email address instead.
Can you please send me working admin access details.

Can you please check now: hidden link
I've selected the option "Toolset should load Bootstrap 3" from:
=> Toolset => Settings => General tab => Bootstrap loading section.
It is still stacking the View in a single column I'm afraid
The only view that is behaving correctly is on the Blog page

This was created as a WordPress Archive via Toolset
Can you please try to delete the browser cache and do a hard refresh and check if that help you to resolve the issue.
I have done that and the problem remains.
If I am logged into the site the layout is fine.
If I log out or open in incognito window then the views are still stacked
Can you please check now - I've checked with the incognito window and I can see its working.
It was view's cache and I removed and disabled the view's cache.
Can you send me a link to that please because I cannot see a working version even if I delete browser cache?
That is really strange.
I can see it working here: hidden link
Please check the following video:

I've load the page in different browser where I'm not loggedin and I can see its working as expected.
I really don't understand this now!
Your link takes me to the page not logged in and the partners are listed in the way shown in the image below.
I have also asked my partner to use the link on another device and a different google profile. He has the same experience and I can only assume that this would be the view of any visitor to the site.
I have followed a link from a google search and the home page lists incorrectly as well.
I have watched the video and can see the display as it shows when I am logged in as a user.
Thoroughly confused.
Are you able to see an incorrect version of the page yourself?
Yes - I agree and its really confusing for me as well. As you can see with the video I shared - it's working.
Can you please tell me - what browser you are using and what OS?
I've checked with Windows and Chrome (incognito) and Firefox. Did you see the video I shared - do you see it working in the video I shared?
I have used Chrome on both Windows 10 and Windows 11.
My husband has done the same with a different Google profile and no browsing history for the site.
Yes, I have watched the video and it is showing what I would expect the site to show and what I see myself when I am logged in as a user.
