I am trying to: Find out why a page with a Toolset View that has worked for years no longer displays any items.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: A grid with images and titles (see uploaded image).

Instead, I got: An empty box where the grid should be.

Other clues:

1. All the grid data is there. If I use the browser inspector to change "visibility: hidden;" to "visibility: visible;" for the div with id="wpv-view-layout-1235", then you can see the grid. (I can also do this via CSS in the theme with Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS/JS.)

2. The "Search" and "Product Categories" controls no longer work.

3. I don't see much to worry about in the browser console other than Google Maps warnings (perhaps also related to Views code).

4. If I edit the View that displays this image (e.g. add some text above the image), the View ("projects-grid-view-public") says it was saved. But if I refresh the Our Works page, the grid is unchanged. I have tried disabling WP Super Cache and clearing the Toolset Views cache, but that does not help.

So this is a LOT of strangeness. It *may* be related to our recent upgrades of Toolset components on August 9th:

* Toolset Views 3.6.18 -> 3.6.20
* Toolset Maps 2.1.3 -> 2.2.0
* Toolset Types 3.5.2 -> 3.6.1

Any ideas on what could be causing all this?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Larry

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is strange.

First of all, please check the following Doc that shows information about how you can use cache plugins with Toolset:
- https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-use-optimization-plugins-with-toolset/

If above Doc does not help, in order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no plugin/theme conflict.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?
