Hi!
I have a CPT (events) with date field (Event Date).
I create a view to display all upcoming events items with date field superior TODAY().
But filter don’t apply. I use configuration in attached image.

Thanks.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I would like to know here is the field "Event Date" is created using Types plugin or this field belongs to the third-party plugin?

Yes, wp-types plugin.

Actually, Date field created using the Types plugin stores the UNIX Timestamp as a date value into database.

What if you change the query filter for your "Event Date" field to the number greater than TODAY() and check if that helps you to resolve your issue.
